Refund Policy
We apply a strict final sale policy. This means that returns or refunds cannot be requested, except in the exceptional cases detailed below.
To be eligible for support, your request must concern a defective item, an item damaged during delivery, or a non-receipt of your order within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Please include your order number as well as photos of the product and packaging.
Non-receipt of Order
If you have not received your order within 14 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at: contact.sajdah@gmail.com so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.
If non-delivery is confirmed, an appropriate solution will be offered (replacement or refund).
Returns Without Authorization
Any items returned without prior request or approval from our customer service will not be accepted.
Exchanges
No direct exchanges are offered. The fastest way to receive a new item is to place a new order, subject to availability.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods have been shipped, you have a legal 14-day withdrawal right, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason.
In this case, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
In eligible cases (damaged, defective product, or confirmed non-delivery), we will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your request. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
