All available delivery options for your order will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and eligibility.
Delivery
Shipping is completely free on all orders. No delivery fees will be charged to the customer.
Estimated delivery times are 7 to 12 business days, depending on the destination country and the selected carrier.
These timeframes are provided for reference only and may vary due to logistical constraints, customs processing, or the destination country.
Shipping Zones
We currently ship internationally to multiple countries.
Available delivery zones are automatically checked and displayed at checkout. If your address is eligible, shipping options will appear during payment.
If no delivery option is available for your address, it means the area is not yet served.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are fully covered. Delivery is free for all orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track your parcel directly via the tracking page available on our website.
Delays or Non-Received Orders
Delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur beyond our control (carrier issues, customs, high demand periods, etc.).
Sajdah cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
